IBSS celebrates its 15th anniversary in its new headquarters with an area of approximately 550 square meters.
The new building of IBSS, dominated by orange and anthracite colors that were chosen in order not to distract the employees, has been designed as an open-plan office. In addition to the rooms of managers and rooms of sales and marketing teams, the new office building of IBSS has three meeting rooms designed for 4, 6 and 10 people and decorated with graphic designs, and the remaining part is to be used as open workspaces.
In addition to the four silent rooms where anyone from staff can make calls or talk on the phone, the new office building contains a small 3-floor amphitheater. The new building of IBSS has 4 workstations with display units where 6 people can work in each and 2 capsules where groups of 2 people can work together, and finally a multi-purpose wooden table for 12 people is present, as well.
Located in Metropol Shopping Mall, the new office space has a lounge room with a nice view of the interior part of the shopping mall where employees can sit on one of the eight bar chairs and watch the shoppers go by in the mall. In addition, 2 swings, one in the indoor area and the other on the terrace, are present for employees which can be used while either working or having a rest. An open plan kitchen equipped with a bar table and bar chairs where 11 types of coffee products can be served in its coffee corner helps IBSS’s new office building make an ideal and modern workplace. Celebrating its 15th anniversary in its new office space, IBSS will launch its upcoming projects and services in Metropol Istanbul Shopping Mall.
